Test Procedures & Interpretation
Test Procedures
1.Allow all materials, including specimen and test device, recover to 15-25°C before use.
2.Turn on the FIC-Q100N Dry Immunoassay Analyzer and check the status.
3.Use the scanner that comes with the analyzer to scan the QR code inside the box to apply the calibration curve into the analyzer.
4.Take out the test card from the foil pouch and insert it into the test card slot of the analyzer. Keep the sample well of the test card facing up and leave the sample well outside.
5.Adjust the volume setting of pipette to 100μL. Draw 100μL of the assay buffer and add to the centrifuge tube.
6.Replace an another pipette tip, and adjust the volume setting of pipette to 50μL. Draw 50μL of the specimen and add to the centrifuge tube. Mix the specimen with assay buffer by pipetting 5-6 times.
7.Adjust the volume setting of pipette to 100μL. Draw 100μL of the mixed sample to the sample well of the test card. Then insert it into the bottom of the test card slot.
8.Press [STANDARD TEST] on the screen. Result will be displayed in 15 minutes.
*Special software can be used to synchronize test results, generate and print test reports.
Interpretation of Results
Read the concentration value of dog progesterone displayed on the analyzer (1ng/ml~50ng/ml).
Invalid: No colored line appears in the C line, even if a line appears in the T line. It indicates that incorrect operation may happen and the test result is invalid. Repeat the test with a new rapid test.
*Reference ranges specified by EVEGEN are as follows. It is recommended that hospitals establish their own reference range system based on their own clinical experience.
