Principle for CDV-CAV Ag Combo Test
The Canine Rapid Cdv Cav Ag Test Kit is based on mezzanine lateral flow immunochromatography analysis. The test unit has a test window for observing test runs and reading results. Before running the test, the test window has an invisible T (test) area and a C (control) area. When the treated sample is applied to the sample hole on the device, the liquid flows horizontally across the surface of the test strip and reacts with a pre-coated monoclonal antibody. If there are targeted antigens in the specimen, a visible T-line will appear. Row C should always appear after the sample is applied, which represents a valid result. In this way, the device can accurately indicate the presence of canine fever and adenovirus antigens in the specimen
