Test Procedures & Interpretation

1. Direct Use

Test Procedures

1.Turn on the FIC-Q100N dry immunoassay analyzer and and check the status.

2.Use the scanner that comes with the analyzer to scan the QR code inside the box to apply the calibration curve into the analyzer.

3.Take out a test card from the foil pouch and insert it into the test card slot of the machine. Keep the sample well of the test card facing up and leave the sample well outside.

4.Adjust the pipette scale to suck 100μL prepared sample and add it into the specimen well of the test device.Then insert it into the bottom of the test card slot.

5.Press [STANDARD TEST] on the screen. Result will be displayed in 10 minutes.

*Special software can be used to synchronize test results, generate and print test reports.

Interpretation of Results

Negative：Result 200ng/mL, indicating that the concentration of canine pancreatic lipase (cPL) is unlikely in pancreatitis.

Suspecious：200ng/mL< Result 400 ng/mL, indicating that the concentration of canine pancreatic lipase (cPL) is slightly higher than normal and has risk of pancreatitis.

Pancreatitis：Result > 400ng/mL, indicating that the concentration of canine pancreatic lipase (cPL) is significantly higher than normal, and suggesting a high incidence of pancreatitis.

Invalid：No colored line appears in the C line, even if a line appears in the T line. It indicates that incorrect operation may happen and the test result is invalid. Repeat the test with a new test.
