Short Introduction 
The Calf-5 (CORO-ROTA-CRYP-GIAR-EK99) Ag Combo Test is a rapid diagnostic tool for detecting bovine coronvirus antigen, bovine rotavirus antigen, bovine Cryptosporidium antigen, bovine Giardia antigen and Escherichia coli K99 antigen.
Symptoms of young cattle infected with bovine coronvirus, bovine rotavirus, Cryptosporidium bovis, Giardia bovis and 
Escherichia coli K99 are similar, which can cause diarrhea and dehydration in the sick cattle. This product uses immunochromatographic experiments on cow feces or vomit samples to quickly detect whether young cows are infected with the five diseases.

Principle
The Calf-5 (CORO-ROTA-CRYP-GIAR-EK99) Ag Combo Test uses rapid immunochromatographic technology to detect CORO, ROTA, CRYP, GIAR and EK99 antigens. After adding the diluted sample to the sample hole of the test paper card, if there is CORO, ROTA, CRYP, GIAR or EK99 antigen in the sample, the antigen will specifically bind to the colloidal gold-labeled anti-CORO, ROTA, CRYP, GIAR or EK99 monoclonal antibody. The formed complex moves along the chromatographic membrane and is captured by the corresponding monoclonal antibody pre-coated on the chromatographic membrane, forming a wine-red detection line at the position of the test line. If there is no CORO, ROTA, CRYP, GIAR or EK99 antigen in the sample, no visible lines will be formed at the T position. In addition, a C line used to verify the validity of the experiment is also designed in the system. Regardless of negative or positive results, the line should be colored, otherwise the result is deemed invalid.
