PrincipleFeline FIV Ab detection is based on the sandwich method of lateral flow immunochromatography.The test card has a test window for observing the test running and reading the results.The test window has an invisible T (test) area and a C (control) area.The processed sample is coated into the sample hole on the device, and the liquid flows laterally across the surface of the test strip to react with the pre-coated FIV recombinant antigen.If there are FIV antibodies in the specimen, a visible T line will appear.Line C should always appear after the application example, which represents a valid result.In this way, the device can accurately indicate the presence of FIV antibodies in the specimen.
